Tabatha Bird Weaver, MA

Tabatha is the Executive Director and founder of Breathe Healing Arts Center. She is a dually licensed psychotherapist with an exclusive practice in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley wine country. Her expertise as she supports your personal, spiritual and relational development has made her a well-known expert in the field. 

She has earned memberships & awards, spoken nationally, lobbied for families and therapists in Washington D.C. and created several programs for State of Oregon agencies. But her favorite part of all is the deep connection and sacred learning she shares with clients from all walks of life. With Tabatha, you will experience deep spiritual realignment and then the unfoldment of more self-love and healthful relationships.

Tabatha founded and leads the Womyn In Spiritual Excellence (WISE) and Karmic programs. She specializes in healing childhood trauma, adult spiritual development and couples enrichment.  

Tabatha is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and earned Diplomate status with the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology.

Shelley Thomas

MELT Method

My journey to MELT began more than 40 years ago, although I didn't know it at the time.  As long as I can remember, I've had aches and pains.  As a young adult, I dealt with chronic back pain that found me driving for hours to seek medical diagnoses in the hope of  definitive answers.  Eventually, a more holistic approach led me to some relief through chiropractic treatments, massage and acupuncture.  Still, the lingering aches and pains left me wondering if I could ever be truly healthy and active.

In 2016, I discovered the MELT Method.  Just one "Introduction to MELT" class was all it took to change my life in ways I couldn't have imagined.  MELT first taught me how to become a "hands-off" body worker and restore health and hydration to my own connective tissue system (also known as fascia) and restore balance to my nervous system.  After experiencing MELT in my own body, I quickly began my training to become a MELT Instructor.

Adina McConaughey


Adina McConaughey is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with the Yoga Alliance.  She holds a 200 hour certification from the Erin Bowman Yoga School and Soulaira Aerial Yoga training.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s PRACTICE.  This philosophy behind yoga speaks to me, and is ultimately why I decided I could be a yoga teacher.  Every body is a yoga body, and everyone’s edges are their own. I began my yoga journey in 2008 and completed my yoga teacher training in 2014 at EBYS.  I had a low back injury from high school and consequently, fears around my lower back. Yoga has helped me strengthen my back and let go of that fear. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Theater, with many years of choral experience.  I’m interested in breathwork for actors and vocalists. A perpetual student, I love to learn and feel I will never know enough! I love encouraging others, traveling, the arts, and community.

I am a Parent and Family Dynamic Coach, who helps families create optimal work/life balance, develop deeper connections within your family and create healthy lifestyles. I do Life Coaching and help individuals master the art of self care, so they can reach their optimal potential for ease and happiness.   I am passionate about sharing what I know to be true and leading others to their own personal truths about what works best for them.

I believe people can find balance and happiness from within, despite their external circumstances. I see each person as unique and the master of their own life process.

My role in helping people accomplish this includes coaching them to redefine what happiness and fulfillment looks like for them, setting stretch goals and creating a custom action plan with required steps to achieve the goals.

I love to work with people,  who are ready for change, want more out of life, are open to new ways of thinking and want to realize their potential.
